Buying a home is often the biggest financial decision you will ever make. Who will represent your best interests throughout the process can either make or break your experience. When selecting a Real Estate Agent, below are a number of questions to ask to ensure you’ve found the right one for you. 

  • Are you a full time agent? 
  • Are you familiar with the neighborhoods I am searching in? 
  • Are you able to show homes in the evenings and on weekends? If you aren’t in town, do you have coverage? 
  • What is it like to tour homes together?
  • What is your track record when it comes to writing offers for clients in competitive situations? 
  • What is your communication style with your clients and other agents? How quickly should I expect to hear back from you?
  • Do you have access to upcoming listings that aren’t yet on the market?
